PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
Provide and implement programs to enhance the entire employee experience, in an effort to attract, retain and develop top talent Using solid HR groundwork, along with creative thinking, seek to enhance existing programs for recruiting and onboarding; employee engagement, training for the life of the employee, and career path and succession planning Take ownership of the experience and enhancements of our employee engagement platform, iSolved Mojo Work hand in hand with HR and Training to coordinate and implement these practices, as well as partnering with management across the organization to enforce these practices Foster a spirit of teamwork and collaboration amongst the HR team that allows for healthy debate, creative thinking, and team cohesion Creates and executes a learning & development strategy; takes the lead on multiple projects to enhance the employee experience and opportunities for our employees, sometimes working with outside vendors for the delivery of world class training Establishes plans, systems, and communication strategies to support and implement key priorities for various initiatives (performance management, training by function, recognition programs, etc.) Delivers consistent employee training to all employees in each company location Propose and implement succession planning processes for the organization
Monitor the "pulse" of employees and develop and execute on initiatives to ensure a high level of employee engagement & a positive employee experience Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure talent needs are met, high performing teams are sustained and to provide a positive and seamless candidate onboarding and off-boarding experience Maintain positive relationships with managers and employees to promote our culture of open communication Ability to travel up to 25-30% across locations Other duties and projects as defined to enhance the employee experience with iSolved
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION
10+ years experience in Human Resources, with experience as a Human Resources Manager and Business Partner within a SaaS or technology industry, particular emphasis on employee engagement, training and talent management desired 4 year relevant degree HR Certification (i.e. SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
A well-rounded HR skill-set: knowledge of fundamental HR practices, staffing, management practices, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and talent management. Enjoys creating harmony between all facets of operations to ensure positive team and employee experience Capability to apply discretion and sound judgment in managing complex processes, decisions and handling sensitive information Creative and "outside the box" thinking in order to propose cutting edge programs Exceptional communication, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills Strong influencing skills leveraging business acumen, expertise and data Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations and the ability to appropriately spot employment risk issues Demonstrated success in establishing business relationships as an advisor and consultant with strong HR expertise and judgment Ability to develop meaningful trusting relationships at all levels within the organization to gain support and achieve results Experience operating strategically and ability to have a hands-on approach
