Job Description

The isolved ERP Specialist will be responsible for analyzing the business & technical needs and requirements of the clients and stakeholders to help identify issues and propose solutions. Will assist in enforcing task deadlines and schedules. Will understand and implement the business, technology, and NetSuite standards, governance, and compliance measures of isolved consistently. Will provide high level analysis and reporting to leaders and work groups and assist with solutions architect to design solutions; communicate solutions to executive level stakeholders. Will proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies, share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels and encourage development of internal staff and serve as subject matter expert and provide mentorship to ERP Analyst(s).


Core Job Duties

  • Update, maintain and communicate changes to documents for the company.
  • Makes recommendations for technology enhancements.
  • Conducts interviews and performs analysis for the creation of Business Cases & Technical Justifications for projects.
  • Business and technology testing and feedback for new product and services; sharing up to executive level stakeholders.
  • Support all aspects of the technologies used across the enterprise, identifying and documenting system deficiencies and recommended solutions.
  • System resource i.e. deleting records, generating reports, report delivery, support codes, removing mail dates, etc.
  • Lead and implement potential new technology services, production releases, operational support, and system administration.
  • Effective communication to the entire staff regarding changes and updates to documents, processes and systems etc.
  • Assist with solutions architect in solution design and implementation.
  • Maintains a high rate of client retention through superior customer service, assisting client base with all components related to time products.
  • Handles a high volume of telephone and email correspondence.
  • Advises clients on how to fully utilize the time/HCM platforms.
  • Trouble shoot problems with client hardware and software.
  • Ensures clients are aware of enhancements to the time/HCM platform and new products and services.
  • Maintain accurate customer files and communication logs.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated technical process knowledge related to a variety of business processes and services.
  • Strong customer service leadership skills.
  • Understanding of business technical issues and challenges and the ability to troubleshoot technology related needs related to a variety of business processes & services
  • Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • General understanding & experience with enterprise systems, tool, and business technical solutions
  • Organization and prioritization skills, both written and verbal
  • 5-7 years of ERP experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience in competency area required
  • Minimum of six years in a data technology related role related to the qualifications listed above.
  • Experience with data, data integration, data requirements, data tools, governance, and processes related to data implementation, deployment, and cloud hosting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Microsoft Office experience, (Word, Power Point and Excel) expert preferably
  • Experience communicating with executive-level committee
  • Senior-level experience.
  • Minimum 6 years related experience.
