Division Controller- Technology Services

BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

The Division Controller-Technology Services position is accountable for the accounting operations of the Infinisource Technology Services subsidiaries to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

Working with the corporate controller to:

• Maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures in accordance with corporate accounting policies.
• Oversee the operations of the technology services accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
• Oversee transaction-processing accounting operations for the division to include accounts payable, receivables and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee the monthly close function in all aspects including month end financials and variance reports.
• Coordinate provision of information to external auditors.
• Comply with all local, state, and/or federal reporting requirements and tax filings.

• Other related duties as deemed appropriate by Corporate Controller.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business administration Master's Degree preferred

8-10 years of progressively responsible experience for a major company

• or division of a large corporation
• CPA preferred

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

• Leadership experience with at least 5+ years at the Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager level
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Ability and desire to work in a high-growth, fluid work environment.
