Treasury Director

Location: Any

Job Summary:

All isolved associates contribute to a positive work environment that is solution oriented. The primary purpose of this role is to lead the Treasury team with 1) strong internal controls 2) efficient processes to support the company's growth and 3) develop and maintain a strong treasury team. Implement and enforce policies to mitigate risk, ensure NACHA compliance, protection from internal/external fraudulent activity and audit controls. Build/support bank account structure to support the needs of the "Direct" business This person works closely with the stakeholders to support the Direct client base.

Core Job Duties:

Provide Leadership to the Treasury Team (isolved and IDDS)

• Hiring
• Employee development plans
• Performance reviews
• Rate increases
• Corrective action
• Terminations

Treasury Team

• Maintain bank account structure and account features to support our business needs
• Build and support bank relationships
• Ensure staff members have required bank access to perform assigned tasks
• Ensure ACH files are generated and submitted timely
• Ensure Positive Pay obligations are performed timely
• Build controls to ensure client funds are received prior to releasing credit transactions
• Ensure returned transactions are resolved timely (Employee and Client NSF)
• Initiate and process manual ACH items as needed to support client needs
• Monitor wire transactions received and initiate outbound wire transactions
• Build and enforce policies to meet KYC requirements, approve clients accordingly
• Build and enforce internal controls to reduce risk/exposure
• Fulfill SSAE16 audit requirements
• Continually evaluate workload and implement process improvements as needed to endure efficiencies
• Ensure these internal controls are enforced across the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• The position requires a detail oriented, self-starter with the ability to Multitask
• The position also requires strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to handle a busy working environment with multiple deadlines
• A strong product, service and technical background is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or Finance or more than 5 years in related field
• 5 plus years in a Payroll Tax department, preferably with a Payroll Service company or PEO
• APA certified – CPP preferred
