The isolved Network is a critical component of the business and represents over 140 traditional, ASO and PEO Certified Network Partners who regionally market and support the isolved People Cloud platform. Network partners represent our company's most strategic set of customers and generate significant growth with nearly 2 million employees across ~70,000 companies.


A key segment within the isolved Network is our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partner business. Started in 2019, isolved is quickly penetrating and disrupting the PEO market with nearly half of all new Partner sales being within the PEO segment. The isolved People Cloud platform is quickly becoming recognized as the next generation platform for PEO offering PEOs a flexible and comprehensive set of capabilities that allows them to compete more effectively in the market while scaling efficiently.


DIRECTOR, PEO ENABLEMENT POSITION

The isolved Network is experiencing rapid growth in the PEO segment with a doubling of PEO sales in 2020 and an expectation to double our PEO partner count again in 2021 and 2022. To sustain this growth and ensure that we are acquiring PEO business efficiently while creating "Partners for Life," we are seeking an experienced leader to build a best in class implementation/enablement capability for the long term. We are looking for a leader with deep expertise in the PEO market and a proven competency for delivering implementation capabilities.


The Director of PEO Enablement will be responsible for the development and optimization of isolved's PEO enablement capabilities within our Enablement & Partner Success team. Specifically:


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION


  • Contribute to the design, develop and implementation of a best in market methodology for PEO partner deployments by assessing existing processes and approaches, adding required processes and tools and delivering an improved implementation capability which is cost effective, produces high Partner satisfaction and reduces the time to value for both Partners and isolved.
  • Develop improved tools and methods to streamline the implementation process inclusive of templatizing existing data gathering activities, accelerating the set up of Partner platform instances and removing identified obstacles within the current implementation process.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for the implementation process and measure to them.
  • Continue to improve and evolve the PEO enablement capability by continuously assessing performance and implementing best practices as appropriate
  • Strategically engage with PEO partners in the enablement process to ensure their needs are being met resulting in referenceable partners for future PEO prospects
  • Interface directly with isolved's Product Management, Product Marketing and Development teams to advise, provide input and feedback on required PEO functionality and be a key stakeholder within the isolved Roadmap process.
  • Be a key advisor to the isolved University regarding content and delivery of PEO related curriculums that our Partners consume regularly.
  • Develop and grow PEO knowledge within the Partner Enablement team to ensure a best in class partner enablement experience. Build the isolved Knowledgebase for PEO rapidly.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities to enhance platform reporting and analytic capabilities for the PEO segment through a combination of service and technology capabilities. Identify opportunities to develop specific offerings or capabilities for the PEO segment as it relates to bureau level reporting.
  • Continue to groom, grow, and recruit for the Partner Enablement team as needed to gain depth in the PEO space
  • Interface directly with the Network Sales team as a key leader and SME on strategic sales.
  • Serve as liaison with Partner Support as a SME to further their understanding of the nuances within the PEO market and ensure a high-quality experience for our Partners
  • Communicate PEO market challenges and opportunities to leadership
  • As needed, determine and assist PEO partners with conversion and go to market strategies to effectively leverage the isolved platform
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION


  • 4 year degree or equivalent business experience
  • 5+ years customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company with an emphasis in the HCM/PEO industry
  • Proven track record of advancement in leadership roles and high level customer facing skills



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION


  • 5+ years experience within the PEO market ideally working in a PEO provider with client facing roles or operation roles.
  • In depth knowledge of the PEO market including back office operations.
  • Management of a team with an emphasis on building knowledge base and implementing best practices
  • Key skills include strong presentation skills, ability to communicate professionally in written responses, ability to manage own time/work remotely, technical aptitude.
  • Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Office and a CRM system
