BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

The Director, Client Support Operations will translate the strategic initiatives for client support into deliverable projects in collaboration across multiple functions. This role will manage a variety of projects with a focus on employee training, leadership development, and process improvement, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the needs of clients, employees, leaders, and rapidly growing business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:

  • Shared responsibility for strategy and design of training and leadership development of Support staff and Managers. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels to gather insights, establish priorities and partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist managers and teams with establishing and maintaining high performance teams by providing content, ideas, information and technology flow with highly collaborative nature across functional lines. Provides on-going advice, encouragement and constructive feedback in order to grow individuals professionally performing the role of mentor/coach for the team.
  • Partner and advise senior staff, managers, and Support teams through implementation and execution of strategic projects toward improving talent. Gather information, assess options, and recommend solutions. Ensure projects and processes are properly documented, including establishing objectives, milestones and accountabilities.
  • Other projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 7 to 8 years of experience in operational roles demonstrating the ability to drive the development, deployment, improvement and integration.
  • Business savvy and strategic mindset with a proven ability to work with others to understand goals and pain points in order to develop solutions. Leadership skills, including the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, fluid business environments with an ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization including outstanding facilitation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent in work experience required
  • Technical aptitude with a working knowledge of MS Office with intermediate skills in word, excel, powerpoint and MS teams

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements less than 10 pounds. Moderate noise.
