The Director of Brand and Content, with their team, will be primarily responsible for:

 

  • Defining and owning a winning content strategy as well as creative writing, editorial and copywriting services in support of marketing outreach through the customer journey to deliver on our short to mid-term demand generation goals.
  • Building out our growing reputation, analyst, and public relations program to increase positive dispositions and awareness of iSolved with the most influential analysts and online communities within our space to ensuring favorable outcomes in customer reviews, key reports, first-hand references, and longer-term brand creation.

 

In short, your goal is to ensure we gain a disproportionate share of voice through recognition and comfort with the iSolved brand fostering short and long-term demand for our products and services.

These dual goals require an exceptional individual who is very well structured and organized and who can work with marketing peers and departmental heads to ensure success. The Director will work closely with Marketing peers, Product Marketing and Product Evangelists to project manage major evaluation deadlines and deliverables, analyst customer reference requests, and the launch of licensed reprint promotions. In doing so, they will build enviable brand awareness of iSolved within the HCM industry, elevating the iSolved brand in the market, with influencer and reputation communities.

 

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Direct public relations and analyst relations for the iSolved brand.
  • Direct content strategy and creation of compelling content assets that increase conversions.
  • Project manages analyst research deadlines and deliverables, including but not limited to survey submissions, customer reference requests, briefing and demo scheduling, etc.
  • Ensure communication strategy (internally and externally) is consistent and reflects the organizations vision.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Manage relationships with media outlets and industry analysts (e.g. Gartner, Forrester, Brandon Hall, Constellation).
  • Ramps the Company's already strong reputation marketing efforts to drive customers to complete product reviews on crowd-sourced review sites (e.g. Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, Software Advisor, and G2Crowd).

 

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-5 years demonstrable experience with press and analyst relations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and superb written and oral communication skills.
  • Ambitious yet flexible self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with C-level executives, customers / prospects, partners, analysts and media, etc.
  • Experience in/knowledge of the software industry (HCM preferred, but not essential).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications or similar field or related business experience.
  • A desire to work hard, make a difference, and have fun doing it.

 

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require minimal travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
