The Director of Benefit Services for isolved Benefit Services is expected to implement organizational strategies and manage a sales team to achieve the growth goals of isolved. This position will be required to collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product to maximize sales results within and around the isolved network of Broker partners

The Director of Benefits will be expected to work to achieve assigned sales goals for our COBRA, Flexible Spending, HRA/HSA offerings as well as implement new initiatives to drive future growth of the Benefits Services organization.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Drive execution for the buildout of our FMLA offering – providing technology, support and training
• Be the Subject Matter Expert for our ERISA and ACA offerings
• Develop and deliver webinars, seminars and CE for HR compliance offering
• Work alongside the marketing team to drive sales enablement and market growth for Benefit Services product suite
• Execute against assigned strategic plans
• Maintain good working relationships with other departments
• Work closely with team managers to achieve sales targets
• Represent isolved Benefit Services by giving presentations, attending sales calls & trade shows
• Lead by example

Essential Requirements:

• Four-year college degree
• 10 years' experience, preferably in Insurance, HCM or Benefit Services sales
• Documented and extensive management experience required
• Insurance sales or benefit services experience desired

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require travel.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
