Job Description

The isolved Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible leading companywide the talent acquisition function and team. A member of our HR leadership team, and reporting to the Chief People Officer, the DTA must proactively identify best practice, risk and opportunities in support of our people talent growth objectives and act as a strategic business partner to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the company. This requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and expertise on current talent acquisition strategies related to the SaaS software industry. Core Job Duties

  • Accountable for design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates for a fast paced, high growth business
  • Proactively identify and address hiring needs in collaboration with managers across the business
  • Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures and establish best practice
  • Lead, manage, develop and train a team of recruiters and sourcers (10)
  • Develop, implement and oversee workplace diversity sourcing strategies
  • Oversee and improve the overall candidate experience
  • Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
  • Oversee participation in recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
  • Participate in our company's strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement
  • Ensure proprietary ATS technology (isolved) is utilized at the highest level of effectiveness
  • Accountable for developing and implementing to talent KPI metric best practice and maintaining better than industry standard performance (Fill Rate, Time to Fill, Cost of Fill, Diversity Sourcing, Interview to Hire Rate) by recruiter by business unit
  • Develop and implement public company metrics and compliance considerations as a part of IPO readiness (AA, Applications, Interview Best Practice etc.)
  • Collaborate with broader HR team on continued improvement of the employee experience
  • Collaborate with executive management and senior leadership team on proactive sourcing strategies specific to the needs of each business unit and in alignment with aggressive companywide growth objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in public company high thorough-put talent acquisition or staffing role(s)
  • 5+ years of talent leadership experience within the SaaS software or related industry
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing high functioning talent/HR teams
  • Executive presence, business acumen and ability to translate strategies into talent strategy and operational plans
  • Strong interpersonal and business partnership skills: able to establish credibility and rapport with executive leadership and other stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems thoughtfully and persuasively
  • High energy leader with strong negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Bachelors' degree in human resources or related field
  • Prior experience with IPO preparation in talent management at a leadership level
