  Job Description

  The isolved Director, Product will work closely with Product Management to determine the direction and priorities of the isolved HCM product. The Director will oversee multiple isolved products and product teams to ensure new products and product enhancements are defined and delivered to meet the need identified by the product management team. The Director will manage and lead a team of Product Owners who utilize an agile process to deliver new products and new functionality and resolve product defects on a regular schedule consistent with the priorities on the product roadmap. The Director will work closely with the developers and QA leadership teams and regularly lead product planning meetings, including product management, product owners, and other key stakeholders.

  
  

  Core Job Duties

  • Manage and provide leadership for all isolved product teams.
  • Coordinate with product management and product teams to ensure priorities are set and roadmap commitments are met.
  • Coordinate product rollout processes and facilitate new product release support and documentation.
  • Work closely with the product developers and QA team leads to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Assist with product backlog management.
  • Manage feedback for new products and services.
  • Provide support to help teams identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Perform ongoing assessment of processes and procedures, making recommendations that ensure efficiency.
  • Generate team metrics for development's monthly program review.
  • Effectively communicate changes and updates to documents, processes, and systems.
  
  

  Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Management, or a related field or equivalent industry experience is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of Payroll or HCM industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing employees.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of direct experience, with 8+ years of leadership experience. It may require an advanced degree.
