Job Description

The isolved Director, Partner Alliances will report to the VP of Marketing and will be managing a new channel division along with a marketing alliance team, focused on executing marketing strategies and programs to increase lead generation and pipeline growth for partner alliances. The Director of Partner Alliances will collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Product Marketing, Brand and Events to implement innovative programs and processes that assist the marketers within the Partner Alliances team in achieving its marketing demand gen goals. This individual will be instrumental in helping to optimize marketing strategies and increase profitability.


Core Job Duties

  • Evaluating and improving existing marketing strategies.
  • Developing new strategies and implementing scalable marketing plans.
  • Leverage CRM for optimal campaign tracking, i.e., MQLs, SQLs, and Marketing-influenced Bookings.
  • Analyzing market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Overseeing the Partner Alliances Marketing team and new division.
  • Effectively understand and drive towards department lead goals.
  • Analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand and events, and other cross-functional teams to create dynamic, engaging, and successful marketing campaigns that generate demand and increase lead flow.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in leading Partner/Relationship marketing and demand gen teams
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, plus the ability to leverage CRM for campaign tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and agility to quickly understand the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Excel.
  • Solid and demonstrable experience of sales and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Triblio, Outreach, CRM), and analytics (e.g., Google).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Flexible self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • A desire to work hard, make a difference, and have fun doing it.
  • Ambitious leader, communicator, and collaborator focused on working cross-functionally with Sales.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field or equivalent experience.
