Director, Network Marketing

As Director of iSolved Network Marketing you will have responsibility for our exclusive network of ASO and PEO providers to drive activity and create opportunity for our sales teams through the Network. This includes implementing and executing co-marketing initiatives to generate demand through the Network using a range of demand generation activities including joint digital marketing, trade shows and events, public relations, lead nurturing, and social media in support of Network sales as part of the company's go-to-market initiatives.

Goals 

  • Winning partner program and campaigns that helps increase the size and effectiveness of the Network.
  • Effective partner engagement to drive a disproportionate share of leads and opportunities for sales.

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a data-driven, results-based marketing plan to deliver on Network performance goals. 
    • Develop program activities across website, email, social, events and paid advertising.
    • Manage campaign activities, create landing pages and manage website content.
    • Collaborate with digital team to perform tests and optimize conversions.
    • Nurture active and passive leads with the goal of increasing their interest in engaging.
  • Develop and implement a scalable marketing approach to localize and implement your campaigns both directly and alongside PEO partners to create a sufficient volume of leads to support regional field sales teams. 
  • Initiate, implement and manage marketing development and incentive program activities with partners. 
  • Develop and manage communication strategies, including business reviews and relationship building meetings in alignment with sales, and in support of sales territory planning exercises, and business development.  
  • Ensure the right content is available to foster solid understanding and greater demand for iSolved solutions. 
  • Be accountable for reporting Network productivity and performance.
  • Update and maintain data quality and records in our CRM system.
  • Close collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, product and enablement teams.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience with campaign management in a B2B environment or channel lead generation, and an up-to-date understanding of the dynamics and operations of indirect channels.
  • An absolute passion for all things partner-related and working with ASO/PEO partners for success.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and martech tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing to C-level executives, customers, prospects, partners, etc.
  • Self-motivated performance driven professional able to operate individually and be deadline and target driven.
  • Superior attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytic skills with a data-driven mind-set.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • A desire to work hard, make a difference and have fun doing it!

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B enterprise software marketing or the software technology sector as a whole.
  • Working knowledge of HCM software in one or more of payroll, benefits, compensation, T&A, tax and expenses, employee experience, compliance, learning, employee wellbeing, talent and workforce management.
  • Working knowledge of US payroll, tax and benefits legislation.
  • Working knowledge of PEO providers.

Location: This position will be based in the USA (office or remote) and will require domestic travel (~50%).

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
