Summary/objective

The Director, Network Account Management, leads a team of sales professionals within the isolved Partner Network to drive revenue growth, enhance partner relationships, and foster a high-performing sales culture. This role combines strategic leadership, partner relationship management, and team development to ensure the success of the Network Account Management (NAM) team while positioning isolved as the go-to partner for HCM solutions.


Core Job Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand isolved's footprint within the Partner Network.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the NAM team to align with company goals and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, driving long-term loyalty and increasing isolved's presence in their client base.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales and partner engagement strategies.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to elevate the NAM team's ability to train and support their assigned partners effectively.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and HR teams to create and distribute training materials, presentations, and tools that support sales and partner engagement efforts.
  • Establish continuous learning initiatives, including workshops, certifications, and seminars, to ensure the NAM team remains at the forefront of industry best practices and isolved product knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and refine them based on measurable outcomes and feedback.

Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.


Supervision

Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Routine assignments are performed independently unless problems occur.


Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 3 - 6 years of related experience.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and strategic partner engagement, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining strategic partner relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.


Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
