Director, Integration
Summary/objective
The Director, Integration is responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of systems, applications, and data across isolved's technology platforms, ensuring that solutions work cohesively to meet business and customer needs. This role will lead a team of integration specialists, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance integration capabilities.
Core Job Duties
- Lead and manage team of integration consultants and specialists that create and propose plans for rebuilding, updating, and/or or implementing system functionality based on customer objectives and requirements
- Lead best practice team to communicate and drive best practices through the organization and partner community
- Create and lead outreach strategy for customers post-implementation (for customers that meet program requirements)
- Coordinate with training team SMEs to integrate best practices into live training, on-line learning, and quick help videos
- Must have deep knowledge of the industry as well as the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
- Support team, through training and enablement opportunities
- Provide expert advice and guidance for customers throughout the integration process by creating tailored solutions
- Maintain strong industry and product knowledge
- Provide customers with industry best practices
- Ability to assess customer opportunities as a match for integration
- Work in conjunction with the integration operations team to create and maintain statements of work and project plans
- Create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Functions as the voice of the customer and provides objective internal feedback on how isolved can better serve our customers
- Work with development as needed for enhancement requests
- Other projects as assigned
Job Complexity
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
Interaction
Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior-level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
Supervision
Supervision
Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area, typically through several department managers within the company. Strong understanding of people management strategies and how to develop leaders in their function to be successful. Builds and supports high functioning, motivated teams. Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
Experience
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 12+ years of direct experience, with 8+ years of leadership experience. May require an advanced degree.
Scope
Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives. Able to lead and support their function while continually achieving impact and improvements across all areas.
Discretion
Erroneous decisions will seriously impact the success of functional, division, or company operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to analyze data with particular attention to detail, prioritize effectively, and execute with a high degree of quality in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Leverages project management techniques to coordinate across various internal teams to ensure success for your clients
- Ability to learn our technology quickly and continue to keep your knowledge up to date
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to thrive in dynamic customer-facing interactions and harness your problem-resolution skills to handle difficult customer conversations
- Ability to confidently negotiate renewals and speak to company billing and pricing
- Strong computer literacy, which includes expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint) as well as experience with payroll and HCM software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources required [add or relevant equivalent experience?] and/or CPP, FPC, or CEBS certification preferred
- Three-five years in a high-volume payroll role with customer-facing responsibilities preferred
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds. 
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
