  • Core Job Duties
    •Inbound Strategy: Contribute to and execute a comprehensive inbound business development strategy to attract, engage, and convert leads into customers.
    •Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of inbound business development representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to optimize performance and achieve targets.
    •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and field sales to align efforts and enhance the overall prospect to customer experience.
    •Performance Metrics: Expand and establish net new key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of inbound initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
    •Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our inbound business development strategies.
    •Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the sales process.
    •Goals: Focus the team to schedule introductory meetings between prospect and field sales representatives with appropriate handover.
    •Measurement for success includes :
    Meeting or exceeding team goals for scheduled discovery meetings
    Meeting or exceeding team goals for showed appointments
    Meeting or exceeding team goal for sales qualified leads

Job Complexity
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.

Interaction
Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.

Supervision
Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area, typically through several department managers within the company. Strong understanding of people management strategies and how to develop leaders in their function to be successful. Builds and supports high functioning, motivated teams. Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.

Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of direct experience, with 8+ years of leadership experience. May require advanced degree.

Scope
Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations effective achievement of objectives. Able to lead and support their function while continually achieving impact and improvements across all areas.

Discretion
Erroneous decisions will have a serious impact on the overall success of functional, division, or company operations.

Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
•5+ years of experience in business development, or sales with a focus on inbound strategies.
•Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective inbound business development techniques.
•Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
•Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
•A desire to continually grow and apply new skills
•The ability to build processes, implement them and continuously improve upon them
•Ability to navigate complex data relationships from multiple business units
•Knowledge of the HCM software industry

Additional Preferred Qualifications
•MBA in Business, Marketing or a related field.

Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.

Work Authorization
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
