Summary/objective

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Digital Services, the Digital Services Manager will be responsible for providing support with all systems in the Martech stack inclusive of CRM, MAP and sequencing tools. We are seeking someone who is analytical, collaborative and results-driven!


Core Job Duties

  • Lead and support the operational functions of HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and CM
  • Provide the team creative solutions to tracking system metrics.
  • Develop insightful HubSpot dashboards and reports using analytics and reporting skills.
  • Assist with list and contact management.
  • Manage user access and permissions within HubSpot, and work with marketing and sales leaders to determine appropriate user permissions, roles, and teams for all users.
  • Maintain updated system documentation for our Martech stack policies/procedures.
  • Help to support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, which includes interacting with business users and technology partners, in support of the HubSpot CRM environment.

Act as the account manager, responsible for all new user setups and deactivation, including data transfers for deactivated users.

  • Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in crative and effective ways. Go-to expert in one specific area of their role.

Interaction

  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

Supervision

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead)


Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree ior 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience with the HubSpot Marketing Automation platform
  • Have a deep understanding of the platform and its capabilities
  • Show proficiency in managing rigorous initiatives regularly.
  • Possess problem-solving, attention to detail and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of MS Office Application Suite
  • A desire to continually grow and apply new skills
  • The ability to build processes, implement them and continuously improve upon them
  • Ability to navigate complex data relationships from multiple business units

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Certifications focused on Sales Software, and Marketing Process or progress towards completing is a plus
  • Experience working cross functionally with a CRM team outside of HubSpot
  • Experience training sales teams.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. 

Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
