Data Management Specialist-Tax

BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: 

The Data Management Specialist will be responsible for payroll tax client implementations and terminations. The role will help maintain the integrity of all inputs needed to properly set client's up and cancelations on iSolved HCM tax services.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:

• Must be extremely organized, have attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines
• Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
• Self-starter with a knack for streamlining process; eager to learn, ability to be flexible in constantly changing and growing business
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal) to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
• Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel and Word

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar field of study preferred
• Three plus years of payroll processing or analytics
• Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills
• Display above average computer and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Maintain good communication skills
• Excellent problem solver
