Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for migrating clients from the Allegeus platform to WEX platform. As a team member you will be responsible for building, testing, and implementation of their SaaS software solutions.

Core Job Duties

• Ability to learn, navigate, and understand the functionality of the WEX platform
• Ability to understand the client benefit service(s) setup in the Allegeus platform
• Build client benefit plan in the WEX platform
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered in the system is valid
• Setup billing for the benefit service products in the WEX platform
• Turn off the billing in AMS
• Perform all necessary functions to ensure a smooth transition to Service

Minimum Qualifications

• Software Implementation experience
• Fluent English
• Technical understanding and capabilities
• Attention to detail, teamwork, & initiative driven
• Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
• Excellent written & verbal skills
• Passion for customer satisfaction
