Data Entry Marketing
This position is responsible for managing incoming leads and data for a fast-growing software company. The Data Entry position is also responsible for data entry and research pertaining to sales leads generated by the marketing department. In this role, a qualified individual will learn to use business management software and follow all company policies and procedures relating to assignment and distribution of sales leads.
The position is located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
Managing data as it comes through via email
Entering data from email into business management software
Verifying entered customer and account data, as well as reviewing, correcting, deleting, and/or re-entering data
Routing data to various individuals for follow-up, based on what information is included in the submission
Communicating effectively with sales team members for appropriate follow-up
Logging incoming projects
Following all established procedures, techniques, and requirements for data entry and assignment
Identifying and addressing issues
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous data entry experience
Previous experience with NetSuite and Hubspot a plus
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
Strong attention to detail
Data entry skills
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting
Ability to pass background check and drug test
Dependable and trustworthy
Communication skills
Time management skills
General office/administrative skills
