Summary/objective

The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel, along with a B1 level English proficiency.


Essential Job Functions

  • Collect, clean, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve data collection and analysis processes.

Job Complexity

  • Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks

Interaction

  • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.

Supervision

  • Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Routine assignments are performed independently unless problems occur.

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 - 6 years of related experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with the ability to create reports using varied source documents that help identify issues/gaps.
  • B1 level English proficiency (CEFR)
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in supporting a Customer Service environment
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and related program software.
