Job Summary:

The Customer Advocate position is a service excellence role that focuses on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. The primary role of Customer Advocacy is to ensure isolved provides client-minded software releases and communications while also ensuring coordinated employee-minded communications in order to foster successful software releases and updates.


Principle Responsibilities:

  • Establish the voice of the customer across company communication efforts
  • Review customer communications prior to release
  • Provide creative ideas for ways to engage customers and communicate internally
  • Act as a resource for isolved internal service teams, providing information prior to new releases
  • Other projects as assigned

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Solid understanding of HRIS software, covering payroll, taxes, workforce management and employee experience
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Good business sense, with the ability to strike a balance between business interests and promoting customer needs
  • Comfortable working in a team environment, sharing and listening
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Normal working conditions require normal to close concentration, visual attention and manual dexterity. Lifting requirements less than 10 pounds. Moderate noise.


During these exceptional times, isolved is committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees. If you are located near an isolved office, you may be asked to pick up your equipment and complete a short onboarding session on your first day. The onboarding experience and subsequent tasks will continue at the remote location of your choice until it is safe to return to a traditional office environment. Should your remote work situation prove challenging for your professional success, isolved will consider limited on-site access for compelling cases.

Duration: This is a full time, permanent position.
