Job Description

The isolved Creative Writer/Content Manager, together with their team content team and as part of our growing marketing department, will have full responsibility for the content needs related to marketing isolved. You will be informing and engaging members of our target audience with your words.

Core Job Duties

• Develop and maintain an effective content marketing strategy
• Ensure our messaging is always crisp, compelling and content rich.
• Help convert more leads into opportunities and opportunities into closed deal, with words!
• Create reusable process, tools and content for sales and partner enablement.
• Elevate the isolved brand in the market, with influencer and reputation communities, as you collaborate with the HR team.
• Ability to extract compelling insights from subject matter experts by asking strategic questions.
• Ability to shape compelling narratives and analogies that clearly illustrate business trends and topics.
• Ability to build strong narratives for presentations with a particular emphasis on problem framing, storytelling and sticky messaging.
• Write clear, compelling copy for various mediums (blog posts, brochures, newsletters, marketing campaigns, ads, etc.)

• Support marketing demand generation activities through compelling content creation and delivery including targeted webinars, videos, white papers, PowerPoints, web content, and collateral.
• Conduct thorough research.
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy reach.
• Work with the creative team to build marketing projects and campaigns.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that they remain on schedule.
• Work with external vendors (writers, editors, content producers) to ensure brand guidelines are met, when appropriate.
• Impact our social media channels as
• Draft blogs, case studies, video scripts, and long-form thought leadership with isolved SMEs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in copywriting and/or content management.
• Knowledge of online content creation and strategy.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• SEO experience a plus
• A willingness and ability to collaborate with other members of the marketing team.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to C-level executives, customers / prospects, partners, analysts and media, etc.
• Self-motivated performance driven professional with strong content skills.
• Superior attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
• Prioritize and manage your time and workload across multiple projects at once, coordinating with internal teams and clients to set and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
