Job Description

The isolved Corporate Treasurer is a senior level opportunity reporting to the Chief Financial Officer with the unique responsibility of evolving our treasury function and positioning us for continued growth. This hands-on leader and subject matter expert will be directly responsible for managing corporate liquidity, cash and investments, debt, money movement/transfers, compliance, and associated deliverables. The candidate will build and maintain cash flow forecasting models to support the continued growth initiatives of the company and will work closely with the senior leadership team in managing access to capital for operations and investment. As a rapidly expanding 'rule of 40' company, this role is critical to ensure capital is in place to support our growth plans.

Core Job Duties

• Leads Treasury Operations Team interacting closely with customers; responsible for ensuring ACH transactions, tax payments, etc. are processed timely and accurately.
• Develops strategies that ensure liquid funds are available for current capital needs and develops long-term cash management or investment plans that both preserve capital and support strategic goals.
• Coordinates and report on key working capital contributors (i.e. cash flow management through payment and collections policies and processes)
• Leads the development of 13-week cash forecasts and partners with FP&A on quarterly and annual cash forecasts.
• Leads capital deployment planning across business projects and initiatives.
• Analyzes and makes recommendations on trade credit risk.
• Monitors and reports to senior leadership on debt and debt covenants requirements, offering actions plans as needed.
• Oversees multi-bank account structure and bank features/products to support our business needs.
• Possesses offshore banking and fx experience as the company expands globally.
• Works with private equity sponsors' capital markets teams and outside counsel to execute on approved recommendations.
• Builds and supports banking relationships for all product lines (isolved, benefit services, etc.)
• Analyzes financial records to forecast future financial position and budget requirements.
• Ensures internal controls are enforced across the organization to reduce risk and exposure.
• Ensures that all treasury-related activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and fulfills audit requirements (NACHA, SOC, KYC, etc.)
• Continually evaluates workload and implements process improvements as needed to ensure efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• 15+ years in Treasury and/or Corporate Finance roles
• BS Required, MBA preferred.
• CTP and/or CFA designations preferred.
• Deep understanding of the banking and money transfer regulatory and compliance environment; experience with AML/BSA/KYC is preferred.
• Able to handle a busy working environment with multiple deadlines.
• The position requires a detail oriented, self-starter that has strong organizational/time management skills.
• Unquestioned integrity and work ethic
• High level of skill with Excel
