Job Description

The isolved Corporate Financial Analyst will support the Finance team and help the organization deepen its understanding of the business and its drivers. Our goal is to ensure the company makes the right strategic investments to continue our strong growth. Success in this role requires an analytical demeanor, intellectual curiosity, self-direction, and a dedicated work ethic. The ideal candidate will have experience in a results-oriented, fast-growing software company, and has experience with reporting aggregation from multiple data sources.

Core Job Duties

• Support for all aspects of corporate FP&A, including but not limited to planning, forecasting, reporting and budgeting and all associated economic drivers and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide insights and analysis through budget to actual variance reporting
• Participate in the annual budget build as well as monthly and quarterly forecast process for headcount and expenses
• Produce monthly reports for business owners
• Assist in implementing a budgeting/reporting solution
• Perform Financial modeling in support of key business initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, team and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Access)
• Experience working with NetSuite an asset
• Detail orientated with analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Communicates with clarity, in writing, verbally in one-on-one or group situations
• Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work well within deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting preferred
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a Finance or Business Analyst role
