Job Description

The isolved Controller will be responsible for managing the financial integrity, internal controls and reporting for a dynamic, high growth technology organization. This is a "hands on" position with an opportunity to grow and develop the accounting department, implement changes to improve business processes and serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO to position the Company for sustainable growth.

Core Job Duties

• Manage all aspects of financial and managerial accounting, including cash management, payroll, accounts payable, account receivable, inventory, taxes, and performance analysis to budget.
• Lead the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organization structure adequate for achieving the Company's goals and objectives.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives and ability to improve efficiencies in operations and financial organization.
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Experience in financial consolidation with multiple subsidiaries including the development and maintenance of intercompany service agreement transactions.
• Develop the procedures for the maintenance of the company's fiscal records and preparation of its monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Must have ability to implement and monitor controls, including expense policy, within the organization.
• Assist in acquisition due diligence, closing and integration.
• Oversee annual audit and annual tax returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have strong people management and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• College accounting degree; CPA preferred.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Prior experience as a Controller is a plus.
• Prior experience in software industry or subscription revenue model is a plus.
