The ideal candidate should possess related compensation experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, coupled with a strong foundation in market and job analysis, sales compensation, equity programs, and incentive plan design and administration. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is essential for financial modeling, alongside solid skills in MS Office applications like PowerPoint and Word.
You'll need a strong mathematical aptitude for performing calculations and detecting discrepancies in data. Analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for assessing data relationships and proposing effective solutions. A thorough understanding of federal and state wage and salary laws, HR best practices, and the ability to evaluate job content and write precise job descriptions will be vital.
