Job Description

The isolved Communications and Social Strategist, together with the Brand and Content team and a growing Marketing Department, will be responsible for curating a regular cadence of customer reviews on popular reputation sites to help influence buyers' decisions and earn Leadership position as well as manage isolved's social media presence and communication cadence. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Content, this role's primary responsibilities are reputation management, communications and social media management.


Core Job Duties

  • Ramps up reputation marketing efforts to drive customers to complete product reviews on crowd-sourced review sites.
  • Works cross-functionally to nurture customer references for communication opportunities including case studies, social videos and analyst relations reports.
  • Meets deadlines for peer-review evaluations.
  • Increases the number of positive reviews and evaluation placements.
  • Maintains the profiles of peer-review sites to ensure they accurately reflect isolved's brand and messaging.
  • Creates organic social media campaigns and strategies through compelling content.
  • Monitors isolved's social media mentions and responds to them in a timely manner a level of customer service is required.
  • Rapidly grows the company's social media following and engagement.
  • Manages the employee advocacy tool, PostBeyond.
  • Builds a variety of communications programs to keep customers informed of company happenings.
  • Considers how stakeholders, for this role that will primarily be customers, will respond to marketing campaigns and builds programs to bring those campaigns to life for customers.
  • Helps establish the voice of the customer across all communication efforts.
  • Edits the customer communications in which other team members create for lead-gen or product-marketing purposes.
  • Provides creative ideas for ways to engage customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • A relationship builder.
  • Impeccable writing skills.
  • 3-5 years of social media management experience.
  • 3-5 years of reputation management experience.
  • Analytically minded to measure progress toward the team's big goals.
  • Experience working in software companies is a big plus.
  • Corporate communications experience is a big plus.
  • Google Analytics and HubSpot experience a big plus.
  • Self-motivated professional who can work equally well independently as with a team.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage your time and workload across multiple projects at once.
  • Positive, can-do attitude (wait, we mentioned that already).
  • Those with media/PR/marketing agency experience will be strongly considered.
