Job Description

The Client Relations Specialist plays a key role in managing relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting deal execution.

Core Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the M&A process.
  • Assist clients in understanding deal structures, timelines, and financial implications.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support due diligence efforts by gathering and organizing relevant client information.
  • Address client inquiries and provide strategic insights to enhance deal success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients post-transaction to ensure continued support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payroll solutions and service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and payroll-related transactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and payroll software advancements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+yearsrelatedexperiencewithinProcessManagement,DataAnalytics,orStrategicOperations
  • Experience in client relations, investment banking, or corporate finance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of M&A processes, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet
