Job Description

The isolved Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be isolved's first software development technology go-to expert and play an integral role in setting isolved strategic direction, development and future growth. In this position, you will have budgetary oversight and have oversight of our overall software technology development and technology utilization plan. CTO will manage all software development resources for isolved; setting overall strategy and direction for the software development function to grow and implement services that serve our customers. CTO will examine the short- and long-term needs of the organization and utilize capital to make investments designed to help the organization reach its objectives. Will provide consistent and high-quality software development management to key stakeholders and is responsible for aligning that development with key corporate goals.

Core Job Duties

• Lead strategy for software development, internal partnerships and external relationships.
• Serve as a strategic and analytical thought leader to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and other senior/executive leaders to achieve key business goals.
• Provide insights to executive leadership on key software technology development advancements.
• Develop policies and procedures related to software development to enhance products and services that focus on our customers.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue; performing a cost-benefit and return-on-investment analysis.
• Identify, compare, select and implement software development solutions to meet current and future needs
• Work closely with Executive and IT leadership to maintain a competitive edge in the SAAS industry.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree with 10+ years of experience
• Prior experience in strategic planning and leadership with ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet competing deadlines in an organized manner.
• Well-developed and demonstrable business acumen with ability to apply knowledge with confidence
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps (or other software project management tool), Visual Studio, and other related development tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft development technologies including .NET, Azure services, among others.
• Experience delivering Human Capital Management software
• Experience delivering SaaS based solutions
