Summary/objective
The Channel Marketing Strategist plays a vital role in supporting partner engagement programs through campaign coordination, event support and cross-functional alignment. Reporting to the VP of Partner Relations, this role collaborates with Sales, Communications, Partner Success, Content, Demand Generation, Events and Community teams to help partners connect with isolved more effectively. Focused on improving partner program turnout and communication workflows, the strategist serves as a central point of coordination and insight. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Core Job Duties
- Work with the National Channel Sales Manager to manage partner event invitations, registration processes and attendee communications
- Collaborate with Communications, Content, Events and Demand Generation teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging across partner campaigns and association outreach
- Coordinate the development and deployment of scalable micro-webinar toolkits ("webinar-in-a-box") for partner-facing teams
- Support and track partner engagement across State of the Network events, measuring turnout trends and identifying improvement opportunities
- Partner with Partner Operations and Community Relations teams to help drive increased participation from partners in the PartnerHub and isolved Community, respectively
- Maintain a simple, structured feedback loop from partners and internal stakeholders to help improve messaging, resources, and engagement tactics
- Provide logistical and communication support for partner-facing campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
- Assist with campaign reporting and event follow-up in collaboration with Demand Gen, Partner Success and Sales

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, partner programs, or event coordination, preferably in a B2B or channel-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Detail-oriented project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting event logistics and campaign execution from planning through follow-up
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
