Summary/objective
We are seeking a results-oriented Channel Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating and scaling programs for the isolved partner ecosystem. This newly created role will be responsible for managing operations and programs across network partners.
As a Channel Marketing Specialist, you will drive growth through the development and execution of partner marketing campaigns, strengthen partner communications, and improve partner enablement for marketing initiatives.
Core Job Duties
•Provide support and management of preferred partners across all partner tiers
•Manage the preferred partner deal process and lead management
•Manage and leverage resources on the partner relationship management platform that support initiatives.
•Manage all training and certification modules within the PartnerHub and liaise with sales enablement to ensure courses are updated quarterly
•Be the marketing lead for "low touch" network partners
•Create SOPs and document partner marketing practices

Typically requires a minimum of 3+years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or
equivalent work experience.

Minimum Qualifications
•An undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field
•Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience for a technology company (HCM a plus)
•Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing plans for global reseller and channel programs with demonstrated results and KPIs
•Demonstrated ability to manage and allocate budgets for global channel marketing initiatives effectively, maximizing ROI and driving cost efficiency
•Strong brand management skills to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across diverse global channels. Experience in protecting and enhancing brand equity in collaboration with channel partners
•Proficient in leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to make informed decisions and optimize channel marketing performance
•Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and indirect sales channels
•Proficiency in all aspects of campaign development and management, including, but not limited to, social media, ABM, and digital marketing programs
•Strong collaboration, influencing, and project management skills
•Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
