Summary/objective
The Partner Marketing team is responsible for acquiring, engaging, activating and delivering partner sources revenue by marketing to and through our partners. The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for the quality, health, growth and profitability of isolved's relationships through the promotion and usage of our partner relationship management platform. This position will work closely with the network partner success team to ensure they have the support needed to drive partner satisfaction, retention, growth and profitability.
The isolved network is the fastest growing business within isolved, with more than 150 certified network partners across the United States and nearly 2 million end users. The network's marketing team works closely with the network account management and partner success teams to support partners with strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
Core Job Duties
- Collaborate with network partner success team and marketing teams providing support on program execution ensuring a "win as one" focus for partner growth.
- Provide updates on isolved's PartnerHub addressing network partner needs. Quarterly review meetings will be conducted internally to align business outlook.
- Support strategic network partners with marketing programs including email, content and events. Hold QBRs ensuring timely review of program results.
- Utilize data analytics and dashboards to inform marketing strategies, track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Ensure that proper sales tools are developed and presented to network partner success team and any additional internal resources are brought in when necessary.
- Work collaboratively to ensure appropriate direction is provided to all delivery teams and a productive two-way communication flow exists. Work as part of the delivery team responsible for:
- Developing and scoping new initiatives and projects, drafting proposals, statements of work, and other activities related to selling, servicing, and delivering work to our partners.
- Ensuring smooth operation of all campaign operations, and other day-to-day activities required to meet the partner's objectives.

Supervision
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead)
Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years of proven experience in strategic account or partner management
- Significant knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, and operational delivery.
- Organizational agility -- builds consensus through formal and informal channels and relationships; organizationally savvy.
- Partner focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and agility to quickly understand the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.
- Solid and demonstrable experience of sales and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Triblio, Outreach, CRM), and analytics (e.g., Google).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
