Job Description

The isolved CRM / CPQ Administrator will be an integral part of the Sales Enablement & Operations team. This person in this role will initially play a key roll in successfully implementing SugarCRM and then leading ongoing CRM optimization. They will work in collaboration with IT counterparts, and leaders in Marketing and Sales to ensure CRM best practices and implemented and ensuring optimal alignment of the CRM with sales policies, processes, and other tools and technology. The successful individual will collaborate with key stakeholders across Commercial, IT, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.


Core Job Duties

  • Act as the trusted CRM advisor and partner to the business
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, data imports, reports and dashboards, workflows, respond to internal requests, maintain user roles and security settings, access settings and other routine task
  • Work with IT counterpart to maintain the integrity of the SugarCRM database by performing database tasks and duplication cleansing
  • Build custom reports and dashboards to help each department make more informed decisions
  • Help tailor the CRM user experience for several groups of users based on unique business requirements
  • Collaborate with IT department to complete regular internal system audits, prepare for upgrades, prepare data feeds and other integrations based on organizational changes and business requests
  • Collaborate with business users and IT to coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new CRM development requests
  • Research changes in upcoming versions of internal business systems and other integrated applications; providing recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity; ensuring timely and appropriate user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Learn and understand the functionality of the technology stack that supports the business and integrates with CRM
  • Document release notes, test plans, and use cases as well as creating and updating how-to's and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement & Operations team by assisting with user training and developing CRM skills across the organization
  • Collaborate with all business units to support a culture of continuous improvement and consistent CRM adoption and guideline adherence
  • Complete CRM training courses to extend knowledge of the platform understand how to administer the CRM using best practices
  • Review quarterly releases to understand what new features would help the business meet their customer goals and ensure appropriate UAT
  • Complete CRM Administrator certification within 90 days of hire
  • Provide organizational readiness for CRM alignment with product releases and updates, partnerships, acquisitions, marketing and sales technology, tools, policies, and processes.
  • Work with Sales Enablement & Operations team to analyze existing processes, recommend and implement innovative improvements needed to achieve growth targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree
  • At least 4 years of CRM Administrator experience
  • SugarCRM or other CRM certification desired
  • Hands on CRM implementation, administration, maintenance, and optimization experience
  • Experience with other Marketing & Sales technologies, such as HubSpot & Outreach, a plus
  • Experience in HCM or other B2B SaaS industry helpful
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, change management, and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and functionality
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working in an evolving, complex, & fast paced environment
  • Self-sufficient, self-motivated, reliable, and action oriented
  • Exceptional collaborator and influencer – driving change through ideas, relationships, and action
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
