Core Job Duties

  • Manage building maintenance; act as a point of contact for vendors
  • Place orders for office and building supplies
  • Miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned
  • Overall StaplesAdvantage.com Admin
    • Supply order placement for the following locations: Charlotte, CLT Production, and all offices under 20 employees.
    • Point of contact for Staples Site Admin for isolved
    • Requestor of new Admin accounts for offices over 20 employees who self-manage their supply inventory.
  • Uline.com Admin
    • Supply order placement for Charlotte, CLT Production, PHX Production
  • Shred-It Admin for CLT locations
    • Receive Shred-it pickup notifications via email
    • Request additional/removal of bins
    • Request off schedule pickups
  • Northwood Building Admin and Contact
    • FOB requests
    • Work Order submissions
    • COVID exposure point of contact via email
    • All other notifications relating to the site
  • 14201 S. Lakes Blvd (Non-Landlord supported)
    • ICCS (janitorial contractor) point of contact for cleaning services and bathroom supplies
    • Coordinate plumber, electrician, painter, handy man, etc., as needed
  • Aramark Refreshments Admin
    • Order tea and coffee for Charlotte & CLT Production
  • Acquisition Office Location Assessments:
    • Upon receipt of a new office location there is an assessment of what is needed in the kitchen/breakroom area based on population and what is already there.
    • Cost analysis of existing coffee, tea, & soda vendors vs our vendors.
    • Finish the process for kitchen/breakroom setup- water/ice machines, coffee machines ets.
    • Coffee, tea, and soda ordering usually stays with the location point of contact.
    • <20 employees I order their office supplies.
    • >20 employees an office contact orders supplies.
  • ICCS
    • Charlotte daily porter reports to the Office Manager.
    • Requester of additional cleaning services above those provided by landlord.
    • Approver of all ICCS invoices relating to Charlotte locations.
