Core Job Duties

  • Follow-up with prospective partners from inbound lead sources/outbound intent signals, lists, and targeted marketing activities within agreed service levels.
  • Use prospecting strategies and research tactics to lead initial outreach and on-going nurturing activities with prospects.
  • Work to identify the needs and challenges of prospective partners to ascertain a good fit for our products and services.
  • Schedule discovery meetings between prospective partners and sales representatives – with appropriate handover.
  • Partner closely with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure timely funnel & pipeline flow.
  • Engage in two-way feedback with both Sales & Marketing teams to improve lead quality and opportunity conversion rates.
  • Help identify additional opportunities for campaigns, services, and channels to accelerate sales and funnel velocity.
  • Work to build, grow, cultivate, and leverage a network of relationships within the assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed established outreach and lead follow-up targets.
  • Meet or exceed assigned lead pre-qualification goals (SAL) and sales qualified opportunity goals (SQL).

  • This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey- level position.

  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Supervision

Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.


Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 3+years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or

equivalent work experience.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable business experience.
  • Excellent phone, writing, and importantly listening skills.
  • Ability to persuade using compelling engagement and tenacity.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow and excel in the role.
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.
  • Interest in our industry, our prospective customers and technology.
  • A team player who wants to succeed individually but also win as one.
  • Ability to work hard, run fast, roll with change, and have fun doing it.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. 


Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.


Work Authorization

Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
