Business Development Manager , isolved Talent Acquisition
Summary/objective
The Partner Success Manager, Talent Acquisition will partner with our Talent referral partners and resellers to deepen relationships and unlock new growth by helping them activate additional isolved products and services now available through our integration. You will be the trusted point of contact for top partners, showing how solutions across Talent, Payroll and HCM can expand their impact and deliver more value to their clients. This role blends relationship leadership with business development. You will not only support existing partnerships, but also identify revenue opportunities, initiate growth-focused conversations, and help partners expand through the full isolved ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams including Product to roll out new features and initiatives that help partners and their customers be more successful. If you excel at strengthening partnerships, uncovering growth opportunities and turning strategy into action, this role is built for you.
Core Job Duties
- Manage relationships with potential strategic, white label, or high revenue potential Partners
- Collaborate with partners to increase engagement and growth within the isolved ecosystem
- Network with internal teams to raise awareness, thus increasing revenue for our top tier partners
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve education, process and launch of top tier partners
- Collaborate with Marketing and/or Product Marketing to create appropriate materials to support high value partner growth.
- Coordinate and manage additional projects as requested.
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams.
- Once a new high value Partner contract has been signed, ensure project management system is implemented to fulfill obligations of agreement for contract term. Includes collaborating with Strategic Alliance team to transition appropriate partners to Marketplace for ongoing relationship management.
- Work with sales to ensure successful lead flow metrics are being met
- Meet quota and assigned revenue goals
- Manage referral and white label contract renewals and price increases
Job Complexity
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively. Go to expert in one specific area of their role. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept/peer review). The level at which a career may plateau.
Supervision
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
- Experience interpreting service agreements and contracts
- General knowledge of HCM, payroll or benefits industry
- General knowledge of or ability to learn website content management
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office suite required
- Excellent verbal & written communication and relationship building skills required
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Less than 10%
