Job Description

The isolved Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of the clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions. The analyst will assist in collecting project requirements and enforcing task schedules and deadlines. The analyst will understand and implement the standards and compliance measures of Infinisource consistently. The analyst will proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies, share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels and encourage development of internal staff.

Core Job Duties

• Perform project requirements gathering with our internal and external customer base.
• Document project specifications that effectively communicate programming requirements to technical development resources.
• Perform troubleshooting related to reported issues.
• Manage project timelines with respect to assigned project work.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the development team as needed.
• Make recommendations for product enhancements.
• All other related jobs functions as they arise and as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work independently on assigned project work.
• Organization and prioritization skills, both written and verbal. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience working with various file formats (CSV, Fixed Length, XML).
• Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
• Functional business process knowledge related to API integration.
• Understanding of common data transmission protocols (FTP, SFTP, HTTPS).
