Business Analyst 3rd Level Support

Core Job Duties:

  • Research of complicated issues that are outside the scope of other support channels.
  • Perform testing, verification and reproduction of reported product issues.
  • Manage escalated cases of identified product defects to the product development team.
  • Identify patterns of reported issues that have global impact.
  • Timely communication of case research to appropriate internal resources.
  • Provide support in documenting system deficiencies and recommending solutions.
  • Effectively communicate changes and updates to documents, processes and systems.
  • All other related jobs functions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of experience in the areas of payroll, employee benefits, workers' compensation, and other functional areas associated with HCM product offerings.
  • Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
  • Proven customer service leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and Detail Oriented.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to meet scheduled delivery target dates.
