Job Description

The isolved Business Analyst is responsible for assisting customer support with technical issues or questions relating to the isolved applications. Their duties include reviewing reported cases from customer support and communication between development and partner support. This includes diagnosing technical issues and either providing instruction to correct the issues or reporting the issues to development for further analysis. Correction may include report that the expected functionality does not conform to application design.


Core Job Duties

  • Provide level 3 support to isolved support organizations.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively system-related updates to management and the user community.
  • Analyze requirements and configure system calculations including Earnings, Deductions, Memos, and Benefits.
  • Create test data to verify issues reported and provide the test data to development for problem testing and resolution.
  • Collaborate with business partners and associates in the resolution of issues as needed.
  • Maintain a current level of knowledge of the isolved application as current functionality is updated and new functionality is introduced.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and advocacy for the integrity, accuracy, system adherence, and business rules surrounding company data.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience working with isolved.
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of HR related systems and processes.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to succeed in this role.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
