Job Description

The isolved Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of the clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions. The analyst will assist in enforcing task deadlines and schedules. The analyst will understand and implement the standards and compliance measures of Infinisource consistently. The analyst will proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies, share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels and encourage development of internal staff.


Core Job Duties

  • Update, maintain and communicate changes to documents for the company.
  • Makes recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Conducts interviews and performs analysis for the creation of Business Cases for projects.
  • Technology testing and feedback for new product and services.
  • Support Payroll/HCM i.e. identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • System resource i.e. deleting records, generating reports, report delivery, support codes, removing mail dates, etc.
  • Lead and implement potential new service production and administration.
  • All other related jobs functions as they arise and as needed.
  • Effective communication to the entire staff regarding changes and updates to documents, processes and systems etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college.
  • Minimum of three years in benefit administration or the HCM industry with a focus on benefits.
  • Software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Microsoft Office experience, (Word, Power Point and Excel) expert preferably.
  • Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to benefits and general Human Resource services.
  • Strong customer service leadership skills.
  • Understanding of business technical issues and challenges and the ability to troubleshoot specifically related to benefit administration.
  • Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Organization and prioritization skills, both written and verbal.
