Job Description

The isolved Benefit Services Operations Manager will support the benefit services organization in process improvement, documentation, and training initiatives. This position will also play a key role in proactively addressing and maintaining internal and industry specific compliance requirements and the communication of such initiatives and updates. Requires a strong client service aptitude and ability to handle rapidly shifting priorities. Must be able to handle escalated issues by utilizing in-depth personal knowledge as well as ability to maneuver through isolved resources and networks.


Core Job Duties

  • Support benefit services team by identifying, analyzing, communicating, and implementing process improvement initiatives. Acts as Tier 2 support for escalated or complex client issues.
  • Work with Operations and Marketing to facilitate the design and implementation of new process materials/support documentation for internal and external use. Work with Marketing in the development of client training in areas of deficiency, and as needed with legislative changes.
  • Serve as liaison with other service areas to ensure that cross-functional initiatives and processes are contemplated, supported, and documented.
  • Actively solicit and monitor internal and external stakeholder feedback to devise process improvement initiatives.
  • Work with internal training resources to ensure support team receives training updates and materials are consistent.
  • Train Sales team on service changes and Operations initiatives.
  • Lead client webinars on compliance updates.
  • Ensures SOPs, processes and procedures are documented, reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
  • Other projects as assigned.
  • Shifts may be from 7 a.m. 7 p.m. local time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Consummate professional with a deep appreciation for internal customer service.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business model and software development.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to seek support when appropriate.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in HR management, payroll, payroll tax, and/or benefits.
  • In depth knowledge isolved functionality.
