isolved Talent Acquisition is looking to hire a hybrid, full‑time Assessment Sales Representative to offer custom-tailored assessment packages to existing and new clients. You will also assist clients in fine-tuning their hiring process so they can hire the right people the first time to reduce turnover and increase employee morale and productivity.

ABOUT THIS INSIDE SALES ROLE:
As our Assessment Sales Representative, you spend your day diving into conversations with clients across every industry, uncovering their hiring challenges and guiding them toward assessment solutions that genuinely move the needle for their teams. You prepare thoughtfully for each interaction, getting to know the roles they're hiring for so you can tailor your demos and recommendations with confidence and insight. Between scheduled calls, you nurture warm leads through emails, phone conversations, and video messages-building relationships, answering questions, and helping each buyer feel supported and understood as they move through the decision-making process. You adapt your communication style to different personalities, document your progress in the CRM, collaborate with teammates who genuinely want you to win, and use your proven sales methodology to close deals that make clients feel like they've found the missing piece in their hiring process. The Qualifications:

Having SaaS experience is a huge plus, but not required to become our Assessment Sales Representative!
Your Schedule:
Our full-time, hybrid schedule offers flexibility with a standard shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or a 4.5 workweek with two options:
- Option 1: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Option 2: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
