Job Description

The isolved Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Vice President, will support the administrative needs of our vibrant sales and account management teams.


Core Job Duties

  • Answering phones
  • Greeting sales clients and visitors
  • Performing CRM and sales training records database maintenance and reporting (SugarCRM, Gong)
  • Managing leaders' calendars and schedules (Outlook)
  • Booking travel (Certify)
  • Organizing sales orders and sales team forecast records
  • Processing expense reports (Certify)
  • Organizing candidate interview schedules and internal and external client meetings
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations and Exel reports
  • Functioning as a link between sales and various departments within the company, ranging from finance to services
  • Ad hoc special projects, both within and outside the department, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years administrative assistant/office management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suit, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Initiative and the desire to own problems from start to finish
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Ability to work in our lively Ballantyne, Charlotte, NC office five days per week
  • Advanced Exel and PowerPoint skills
  • Prior experience working with executive and/or a fast-paced sales team
  • Experience with CRMs, such as Salesforce/SugarCRM
