Job Description

The isolved Admin Assistant III position will support the director with scheduling, meeting preparation and reporting. This role will also be responsible for supporting and implementing a client base expansion through the service product of tax credits and support tax credit department workflow.


Core Job Duties

  • Assist director with scheduling and preparing for various meetings.
  • Compose and monitor memos, letters, emails, general correspondence,
  • letters, invoices, expense reports.
  • Prepare and send client mailings.
  • Schedule appointments and travel requests.
  • Assist in compiling/developing annual budget if needed.
  • Track client prospects/department account activity.
  • Conduct miscellaneous research.
  • Various reports for sales staff and director.
  • Assist in month and year end procedures as needed.
  • Relieve management of administrative type functions in order to increase the time management has available for management level responsibilities.
  • Complete projects as assigned.
  • Work toward continuous quality improvement.
  • Stay current with changing technology, including software programs.
  • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university required
  • One to two years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MS Office and Adobe Acrobat knowledge required.
