Summary/objective
The Acrisure Channel Manager is responsible for supporting sales leaders and sales teams within a key strategic partner, Acrisure, to help drive incremental revenue within the brand. The Acrisure Channel Manager works within their assigned market to develop and manage partner relationships. Members of the Channel Sales team also play an integral role in helping create and mold current the future channel sales strategies within the Acrisure relationship.
Core Job Duties
- Develop and implement channel partner strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage relationships with Acrisure key contacts to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams assigned to the Acrisure relationship.
- Deliver and help develop successful territory channel execution plans in collaboration with field sales leadership.
- Deliver channel sales training and enablement to internal sales teams.
- Provide training and support to Acrisure key contacts to ensure successful product positioning and sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with Acrisure kay contacts to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor data to make informed decisions regarding Acrisure strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel partner activities.
Job Complexity
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Go-to expert in one specific area of their role. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept/peer review). Level at which career may plateau.
Interaction
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Supervision
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in sales or account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
