Job Description

The isolved Acquisition Support Team Lead provides overall support for incoming acquisitions ensuring a smooth transition for clients and acquired new employees. The Team Lead, Acquisition Support is responsible for assisting the Senior Director by maintaining the daily activities, ensuring efficient processes and provide guidance and leadership to newly acquired Clients & Employees. Requires a strong employee and client service aptitude and ability to handle rapidly shifting priorities. Must be able to handle escalated issues by utilizing in-depth personal knowledge as well as the ability to maneuver through isolved resources and networks.


Core Job Duties

  • Acts as first line of contact assisting newly acquired employees & customers to resolve daily issues in daily chats.
  • Partner with M&A, HCM support and incoming acquisition to ensure client profiles are documented and relevant stakeholders are identified.
  • Supports and Processes payroll voids and regenerations with Acquisition Specialist.
  • Collaborates with Tier 1, Tier 2, Tax, Integrations and Acquisition Specialist to resolve and respond to Top & At Risk accounts within 2 hours.
  • Provides Senior Director of Acquisition Support and Senior Director of Customer Support with concerns and feedback on acquired Customer Support Representatives & clients, as needed
  • Develops ongoing ways to improve employee & client experience resulting in improved retention
  • Meet and Greets for Top accounts and At Risk engaging with Senior Leadership, acquired Customer Support Representatives. Driving Roadshow attendance with proactive outreach.
  • Creates account plans for Strategic acquired clients for the first 90 days to assist in transition to CSM.
  • Advocate for acquired clients for issues escalations, pricing concerns and/or general engagement
  • Aligns work and attitude to our core values: Accountability, Collaboration, Trust.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • FPC, CPP, and/or SHRM certifications preferred but not required.
  • Experience in HR management, payroll, payroll tax, and/or benefits.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple channels of customer inquiries (phone, tickets, email).
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under challenging circumstances.
  • In depth knowledge isolved functionality.
