Account Manager

Account Managers maintain and expand relationships with strategically important, large customers of iSolved HCM. Assigned to a portfolio of named customers or partners, the Account Manager is responsible for fulfilling requested orders from customers, identifying new revenue opportunities for the field sales team, and accomplishing other strategic account objectives, as assigned.

Account Managers represent the entire range of iSolved HCM's Human Capital Management (HCM) products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.

Account Managers report to the Director of Account Management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Meet assigned targets for retaining revenue in assigned accounts.
  • Meet assigned targets for generating new revenue opportunities and other strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of Infinisource personnel, including support, sales, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer or partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively lead the account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com, Netsuite and Hubspot according to the current set of standards.
  • Expected travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Eligible for current Account Management commission compensation program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Account Management.

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in the benefit administration or Human Capital Management industries, selling payroll, benefits, time and attendance, COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), or Health Reimbursement products
  • Documented track record of individual sales or account management success, including stacked rankings against peers, dollars sold, and % to quota for last 3 years
  • Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com

Physical demands and work environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee is required to use hands. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for written work and PC use. The noise level is usually fairly quiet.
