THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE THAT YOU'LL PROVIDE:

As our Account Management Admin, you play a key role in screening applicants for our clients, running reports to assist in the hiring process, updating applicant statuses, and tracking clients who have no new applicants. Working in the Talent Services department within the Hiring Services team, you have the chance to provide a unique offering where you step in to assist and act as the hiring professional for the small companies we serve. This is often their first experience with an HR team.

Your strong administrative skills and attention to detail are super important. You work closely with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and help us develop processes that streamline our operations. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience while working a flexible hybrid schedule!

SCHEDULE

Our full-time, hybrid schedule offers flexibility with a standard shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or a 4.5 workweek with two options:

  • Option 1: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Option 2: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
