Job Summary:

The Account Executive Insurance Services is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with isolved's diverse client base. You add value to the isolved experience by sharing relevant industry news, asking insightful questions, and educating how isolved's Insurance Services impact clients' time, productivity and employee retention. As a trusted advisor, you actively contribute to the company's sales success in a professionally deliberate and quantifiable manner.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of isolved's robust suite of Insurance offerings
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate your clients' needs with a minimum of 30% of working
• hours on the phone
• Perform as an introducer and educator to our clients regarding their Insurance needs
• Communicate the benefits of our Insurance Services in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner
• Update our CRM with relevant client notes and marketing program designations
• Collaborate with licensed broker team to deliver quotes

Essential Requirements:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience with a company dedicated to software, Insurance Agency or PEO
• Proven relationship-building abilities
• The insight and maturity to "manage up" to high-ranking decision makers in companies of varying size and scope
• A passion for technology and Insurance

Preferences:

• 5+ years of inside sales experience with a company dedicated to software, Insurance Agency or PEO
• Outreach experience
• Robust HCM experience
• A drive to learn and continually improve sales, business, and interpersonal skills

During these exceptional times, isolved is committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees. If you are located near an isolved office, you may be asked to pick up your equipment and complete a short onboarding session on your first day. The onboarding experience and subsequent tasks will continue at the remote location of your choice until it is safe to return to a traditional office environment. Should your remote work situation prove challenging for your professional success, isolved will consider limited on-site access for compelling cases.
