AI Enablement Specialist

Summary/Objective

The AI Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing knowledge-sharing programs on AI technologies, including generative AI, analytics, and automation. The Specialist will translate complex AI concepts into accessible training and enablement programs for business users at all levels across the company.

Core Job Duties:

  • Develop and facilitate key AI training for isolved employees, managers, and executives, using proven training ideologies and materials to help employees integrate AI tools into workflows.
  • Design and deliver workshops, courses, and resources specifically tailored for leadership teams.
  • Work closely with AI SMEs in the product and engineering organizations to develop specific AI training programs.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of AI, while addressing concerns and resistance.
  • Design and deliver self-lead AI learning toolkits, quick-start guides and product demos.
  • Support AI Practitioners in knowledge sharing across the company.
  • Seek feedback, evaluate and refine AI training programs continuously.
  • Develop and deliver training surveys as needed to ensure relevant training courses are available for all employees.
  • Become an expert in isolved's LMS to create or procure self-lead training courses for the University.
  • Continuously create and deploy clear communication and knowledge sharing to isolved employees around AI initiatives and AI updates.
  • Stay updated on AI advancements and ensure ethical, responsible AI use.
  • Contribute to the company's AI roadmap by participating in other AI projects and initiatives as requested by leadership.
  • Work with Chief Transformation Officer and HR to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with company strategic goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years professional development training experience, including experience coaching executives and facilitating learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, applications and industry trends.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand roles and functions across the organization to identify AI enablement gaps and needs.
  • Proven ability to develop AI curriculum and present in an accessible manner.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
  • Ability to oversee AI enablement initiatives across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suit, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ambitious, flexible self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment with competing deadlines.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.


Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
